Sure, I'll try to be more explicit. Small RNA-Seq is a NGS technique used to study the small non-coding RNA population of a sample. Roughly, at the time of library preparation, only RNA molecules of a certain length (e.g. 18 to 30 nt) are kept, and later sequenced. Reads resulting from the sequencing are generally stored in public repositories (such as GEO) in FASTQ or SRA format.
I'm basically looking for a high quality dataset of this type where the sample/s is/are from bacteria or yeast.
