Hi people. Dr Tomov from Bulgaria has develop a formula to establish if is necessary or not a preforming steps for make a part with hot forging close die process. Someone has resolved cases to help me to understand the application of this theory please?

There are many "Tomov" in Bulgary. All of them are in mathematical area.
One of them is Luchesar Tomov (PhD at Technical University Sofia, Bulgary), a software analyst that works with scientific research by means of a Control Theory.
Is he the author of Tomov formula as you mentioned?
