I am working on a study about entrepreneurs' actions in doing service differentiation. Most empirical research papers I found, the researchers did with large-size companies, or at least medium-size. Any recommend in small business sector?
I'm researching Entrepreneurial Marketing, the marketing made by small firms since 2009. On the last years I'm researching about how "Social Capital" influence marketing related decisions and how small companies acquire marketing related information through their Social Capital.
