Hi all,

I have some interesting findings related to abnormal protein and mRNA levels of members of the cholinergic synapse (ChAT, nicotinic receptors subunits and so on) in a mouse model I work on, and I'm now interested in further characterize this, in a more functional-related way.

Do you have any recommendations on specific assays I should run, and more specific recommendations on which kits worked well for you?

I thought about ELISA Kit for Choline Acetyltransferase as a start.

Also, if you have any recommendation on a good review on this topic, I will be happy to hear.

Thanks a lot

Boaz
