While qualitative analysis shows that people use much more nonverbal communication than verbal communication, convincing quantitative or experimental results will help enhance the argument.
The steady increase in social media use should be enough evidence to suggest that people use nonverbal communication at an increasing rate; compared to classic verbal communication (e.g. spoken word during face to face communication).
I think that's an interesting result. Given both with both quantitative and qualitative approaches the results are the same or the same. Means theory is still relevant to use. Thank you.
