Any programs for forward or inverse modelling of earthquake to compare with InSAR data?

I want to model an earthquake to compare with InSAR interferograms. I would like to know about MATLAB or Python based, open source forward or inverse modelling programs that can simulate an interferogram based on source parameters published by agencies like USGS.
