The enzymes are very expensive and not suited for the routine use of biomolecule oxidation. I am searching for a reliable method for glucose oxidation instead of using glucose oxidase, also triglyceride and cholesterol.

For glucose detection you can use an electrochemical detection. Than the glucose can directly oxidize in the alkaline condition or neutral condition depend on the working electrode you will used.
