I am trying to isolate Nuclear protein from white adipose tissue using NE-PER kit. I am observing very low nuclear protein yields. I used 100mg tissue and followed manufacturer recommendations to keep the ratios of CER1:CERII: NER. Any suggestion would be helpful....
