As far as I know, they are not known to make large migrations.
I am not a specialist of this group but I got interested in it several years ago (in the 80s).
At that time Chapman (in Cobb and Phillips, 1980) indicated that "Tagging experiments suggest that Nephrops does not undertake extensive migrations, though local movements occur".
More recently Aguzzi and Sardà (2008) wrote: "No seasonal migrations occur in the species nor do animals abandon their areas at any stage" ; and O’Sullivan et al. (2015) wrote: "Adult Nephrops are not thought to migrate over large distances (>200 m)"
Please have a look at the references quoted and decide whether you classify their movements in the "small" or "medium" range that you defined. But definitively not the "large" range.
