I did a search for you on BenchSci (www.benchsci.com) and found an anti-mouse CD7 antibody that has been published (from Thermo):

You might be interested in reviewing the data before purchasing.

As you have noticed, most of the anti-CD7 mAbs are directed at human CD7, and perhaps indicated to cross-react with mouse. There are, however a few sources of pAbs, and Sino Biological has a rabbit mAb, that are specific for mouse CD7. Here is Sino's: http://www.sinobiological.com/CD7-Antibody-g-6049.html

As you noted, I have not found any anti-mouse CD7 that have any reports in flow cytometry. Moreover, the role of CD7 in mice is not -at all- defined, for several reasons.

I appreciate your help and guidance...I am surprised to know that this receptor is of immense importance in mice and humans...
