I need customized Ab against some antigens and I would like to have isotypes/host variants of the Ab that does not bind to protein A. Is there a company that I could call to discuss customization of Ab please?
There is a quite simple solution to this problem. If you immunize chicken, the IgY antibodies isolated from egg yolk, do not bind to protein A. There are quite a few companies offering chicken immunization, e.g.

You might consider using the Fab or F(ab)2 fragment of your antibody of interest. There are a few companies selling kits for this purpose (strategies are variable). For instance, here is one kit from ThermoFisher:

Protein A also binds to some VH (heavy chain variable) domains. Hence, needs to be careful with small fragment antibodies where you have considered getting rid of only Fc region (the CH2-CH3 interdomain region where Protein A binds).
Rat and sheep antibodies do not bind to protein A under standard conditions.
