Can anyone please suggest epitope containing this K103 residue (no epitope was found in Los Alamos database)?

Thank you for the paper. I already read it and this paper suggest an epitope which is mutant specific. I am looking for wildtype specific epitope.

Thanks for SYFPEITHI. Can you please suggest what score should be my threshold level for selection. May be I will try some of the peptide and see if they work out.
