my eye tracking raw data come from FOVE Virtual Reality headset, and it gives you (x,y,z). Most of the libraries I come across deal with 2D (x,y) data, I wonder if these libraries (pygaze) would work with 3D data? 

I have 3 dimensional data because the 360 video is mapped to a sphere in a 3d game engine (unity3d). I think will use  UV mapping or syeteographic projection to 2D.

I am kind of hoping there are existing libraries out there so I don't need to code it myself :)

During a recording an eye tracker collects raw eye movement data points according to its sampling rate. Each data point is identified by a timestamp and x, y coordinates and sent to the analysis application database running on the computer connected to the eye tracker. In order to visualize and interpret the data these raw data points are further processed into attention eye movements, such as fixations, and overlaid on the stimuli used in the test. The MATLAB Libraries like signal processing and simuli tools  are good for this kind of tracking Applications.

i am also looking for extracting features from xy scanpath data with duration for autism eye tracking dataset. Kindly help me how to extract the data
