I think are a few Matlab codes out there that can do this.

For MRI phase unwrapping, I use SPIN (http://www.mrimaging.com/category.88.html there ). Maybe it is also useful for interferograms?

Thanks Jerome,

Matlab has a function for phase unwrapping and it works fine for 1D and 2D arrays, but I think it is not very effective when using large images, from Sentinel-1 for example. Regarding the SPIN software, I think it dosn't have a phase unwrapping tool but mainly image processing functions. Thanks again for your answer.
