Please can any one suggest fast publishing Scopus indexed journals, which can publish review articles in agricultural engineering, Farm machinery

Most peer review journals will respond back to you within a month, however the complete publication process will definitely take more than three months. Having said that, it also depends on how fast the reviewer reviewed your manuscript. I for one don't trust journals that easily accept the manuscript and in which the turnaround time for publication is way below the usual.

Since your question is an open ended one, I belive you may have to specify journals in which field are you looking for? You cold select the appropriate field to married down you search.
