Most peer review journals will respond back to you within a month, however the complete publication process will definitely take more than three months. Having said that, it also depends on how fast the reviewer reviewed your manuscript. I for one don't trust journals that easily accept the manuscript and in which the turnaround time for publication is way below the usual.
I edit for MDPI publishers, based in Basel, Switzerland. They strive to have a fast and efficient turnaround of their manuscripts. I have seen this both as an editor and as a co-author. They are a reputable publisher and have treated me very professionally. Hope this helps.
You may check on the journal finders of reputed publishing houses using your title and abstracts. The suggested journal metrics also give you approximate timeline for publication process.
