I suggest to ultrasonicated the solution prior stirring as the dispersion will be effective. Kindly use any organic solvent for stable dispersion.

Sonication and using surfactants would be effective.

1. Try to dilute your solution by at least 10 times (may be 100?).

2. Find another SEM lab to produce decent pictures. The one you presented is of very low quality, not suited for any research. Sometimes you can see particles even in agglomerations, like one in your picture, but you need much higher magnifications and picture quality.
