Any experience with IDH1/IDH2 ddPCR assays by Biorad?

Dear all,

Does anyone use the ddPCR assays for detection of IDH1 p.R132C, IDH1 p.R132H, IDH2 p.R140V? I would appreciate any feedback by people using these tests for mutation detection and follow ups. Is it true that there are some cross-reactions occuring, thus the LOD for these assays might be not as low as for others?
