We would like to publish something which is in the domain of Health Informatics, but several Journals have almost identical names. any suggestions, experience with publishing with those Journals in last year?

The top rank journal in health informatics is Journal of Medical Internet Research (JMIR) which itself has a bunch of sister journals e.g. JMIR mHealth and uHealth, JMIR mental health, JMIR diabetes, JMIR research protocols, etc. that you can choose depending on your paper topic: https://www.jmir.org

My suggestion is to check this list from google scholar:

Search these journals with relevant keywords to your study to see if they are publishing similar works in terms of scope and methodology. Dont forget that open access journals like JMIR have publication fees. I suggest to review the journal publication policies as well.

Correct, there are several journals related to your target; however, you need to fined high impact WOS/ISI journal especially if your work has a good and new contribution. I have a good experience with following journals:
1. Journal of medical systems (Q2)
2. Computer methods and programs in biomedicine (Q1)
3. IEEE Access (Q1) it's open access
4. Health informatics under sage publisher house (Q2)
