We have developed a whole new approach to leadership development which is around a journey of increased awareness and full consciousness in the areas of Emotional and Spiritual intelligence, What we call Transpersonal Leadership. This journey has been accredited to Master's Degree level in the UK and is in the USA we are co-designing a unique Transpersonal Leadership MBA with a University. The "manual" for this programme is "Leading Beyond the Ego: How to Become a Transpersonal Leader" to be published 9th March 2018 and available for pre-order on Amazon or at Routledge.
