I need to find a company/research lab that will fabricate and ship organic solar cells to a given set of specifications, (the size, active layer blend, thickness of the layers, the end contacts etc) at a cost. Does anyone know or have used such facility?

I had contacted InfinityPV previously. They are ready to customize the size of the devices, but I don't know if they would reveal the thickness of the internal layers or the active layer polymer blend they are using for their devices. Anyway, I'll give it another try.

You are asking a lot! While all the things you need CAN be varied, it isn't easy to do in a precise and controlled manner. There are many variables in DSSC; and to get exactly what you want I think you might end up making them yourself. That's quite possible but it does need experience and some specialist equipment.
