I look for advise and suggestions of antisera for AGRP- and POMC-neurons in mouse with success on fresh-frozen non fixed tissue? Postfixation of tissue sections can be included in the protocol

Or for receptors such as Y1 for POMC? Is there a similar receptor marker for AGRP neurons that can be used?
