Ansys fluent_adapting mesh?

I use adapt-gradient and refine mesh by phase(air and water).

But when calculate running it turns to Warning——

Adapting mesh (Adapt Gradient of water-vof)...

WARNING: 2 cells with non-positive volume detected.

And the calculation stop, I hope to know why!!!!

Do you have dynamic mesh turned on while mesh adaption is running (for eg. layers/smoothing/remeshing)? This is currently not supported.
