I am currently working on ANN model and I am using MATLAB and SPSS. the problem is when I click Run, and get the results. and then go back and repeat the procedure for the second time I get different results. why ?

I think the input values are random and every time you run the simulations you get different results because of random inputs. I agree with Herald " It is quite common in nonlinear optimization to start the iterative optimization process at a random point."
I suggest you to use the Monte Carlo simulations (mean, for example run the simulations 10 or 20 may be more times and take averages of all these results) to sort out this problem.
I hope it will smooth your results and there will be a no difference or a minor difference between the results.
