I have synthesized new inorganic reagent supported with activated carbon. Reagent contains Na and halogen atoms. Reagent is unstable in solid form and available in aqueous solution. Can you suggest how to analyse this reagent thoroughly and specifically:

1. How to find whether same reagent is on supported carbon or it is degraded during carbon treatment?

2. How to analyze the activity of new reagent? I have used it for some oxidation reactions and its working very nicely.

3. Any other analysis relating to activated carbon reagents that I should be doing?
