Thank you in advance for reviewing my issue.

I am wondering when it is appropriate to employ a different analysis than Nanotempers default, which is a combination of the TJump and Thermophoresis. 

More importantly, I would like to know why it is that certain proteins will give better results when analyzing the TJump or a different part of the graph vs. the default.  Our current MO has been to compare methods and use the one that gives better confidence intervals or is closer to our predicted kD, but I am hoping someone has a better explanation than that.
