What technique can be used to detect and determine the concentration of the compounds present in evaporator scale?

The likely compounds are Calcium Oxalate, Hydroxyapatite, amorphous silica, iron oxide, Calcium sulphate, and organic matter (based on information on cane juice evaporation). How can complex salts e.g. compounds of Calcium and potassium sulphate/chloride be detected and concentrations determined? This information is needed to decide suitable cleaning chemicals in evaporators.

Thank you,
