Hi, everyone. I am performing tube formation assay, but I get troubles in data analysis. Most authors use "number of junctions " and “total tube length” to evaluate the effect of angiogenesis. However, the results given by Image J software including "number of junctions","number of nodes", "total lenght", "total branching lenght", etc. I just want to know which parameters above correspond to "number of junctions " and “total tube length”? Thanks a lot.
