I would like to calculate the expected mortality using the formula of Nishimatsu and Jackson (1998) Pe= Po + (1- Po) (P1) + (1 - Po) (1- P1) (P2) with Po is the natural (control) mortality, P1 is the mortality after treatment with the insecticide alone, and P2 is the mortality after treatment with the fungal strain alone knowing that all mortalities were expressed in percentage. However, I found a very high value of Pe, did anyone who applied this formula show me a concrete example please?
