Blood agar work's as a universal differential media for Streptococcus, in case you want to check its hemolytic patter.

You can try BHI, M17 agar base, which will support growth of your strains

Thanks Harsh , would BHI agar be OK to retire lyophilised strains  and to develop a good growth 

Yes, you may go for BHI broth or as per guidelines given by your cell supplier.
