BIM is the most emerging sector in construction industry, i am happy that you are doing research on Smart Cities environment to improve the well being of citizens using BIM.

I suspect the majority of professionals on this shortlist were in my position not so long ago and can appreciate the importance of a high response rate.
I wanted to choose a topic that was relevant right now and at the cutting edge of research for my dissertation, I am passionate about this study and wish to do it justice.
