I want your suggestions on using AMOS and Andre Haye's Process Macro for Moderation and Mediation Analysis.
1- May I know which one is better and why?
2- If possible, please share researcher papers which feature the use of Process Macro.

Its a good question. I assume that all the assumptions of AMOS are met.
I would like to recommend AMOS if model is complex (more variables i.e. moderators and mediators). It gives advantage of using bootstrapping that shine analysis. Majority of academician recommend AMOS for mediators and moderators analysis.
However, Meanwhile, Andre Haye's Process pertains own significant in body of literature. But it don't use control variables in the model (may be limitation). It also used and recommended in literature for several reasons.
I have used both in two separate papers but sorry can't share on this stage because both are under review of two different journals.
