I need your support in writing regression equations for these three models. I am attaching a picture with this post for your kind attention and necessary action.
Please suggest me how can I write a regression equation for model which involves a moderator and then one which involves a mediator? How about writing an equation, which have both moderator and mediator?
I would be grateful if you could write an equation down there in the comments or if you can share any sample papers?

Considering the information shared by you, regression equations structure would be as follows -
For model 1 - DV = b0+b1*IV1 + b2*IV2 + e
For model 2 - DV = b0+b1*IV1 + b2*IV2 +b3*interaction term+ e
For model 3 - you have to perform linear and multiple regressions and then derive the model.
Model 1 Y=a+bX, where Y
Model 2 Y = i + aX + bM + cXM + E

I think a more appropriate manner would be to fit a SUR model (seemingly unrelated regression). It will allow you to model each regression simultaneously, and that appears to be what you would like to do.
