Hi Khurram, after you have a grasp of the basics and principles of pls through the suggested readings above, I would further recommend attending courses conducted by the experts in person. They are held across different countries several times annually. It is worth the small investment for a rich direct experience from Prof Marko or Prof Cristian. The next one is in Hamburg, followed by Macau. Best, Hanif.
In addition to the above suggestions, I'll also recommend you visit www.youtube.com and then just search for SmartPLS 3.0. You'll get numerous videos with various topics in SmartPLS 3.0 that will give you hands-on examples from how to draw your models in SmartPLS to running your PLS Algorithm, Assessing Reliability and Validity of your constructs and their indicators, Path Analysis, Mediation, Moderation, Multi-Group Analysis, IPMA and so on.
I hope this also helps as you strive to master PLS-SEM.
