I am attempting to adhere a thin ~150um thick engineered heart tissue to a glass cover slide to perform atomic force microscopy. The tissue doesn't adhere well to this surface on its own, so I was suggested to aminosilanate the glass prior to placing my tissue to allow for amine groups in the ECM to attach to the amine groups on the treated slide.

Does anyone have experience doing aminosilanation? Any suggestions on reagents and processing would be very helpful! Thanks
