Although I have hundreds of reads and some citations, no scores appear. Do you know the reason?
There should be some score. Kindly inform this issue to RG support.
Initially it takes some times to active RG score . Now it may less than 1 so it is not showing. When your score will more than 1than it will show.

I have the same issue, though I have thousands of reads and citations still my RG score is not satisfactory. I informed the RG team about it and they told me it is a relative score. It depends highly on questions and answers rather than on scientific matters. To prove what I've mentioned, some of our colleagues have few readers with no citations and they have higher RG scores.

This platform is interactional one which means you have to ask some questions and answer the questions of other researchers. If you existed and interact daily you will gain a score in a few weeks and your score will rise weekly.
