According to my experience, publishing in good impact factored journals can certainly give you an edge. There may be some other journals which may not have a significantly high impact factor (like we have 'Economic and Political Weekly' and 'Current Science' here in India), but still can provide you a greater visibility. Publishing your work in say, newspapers, popular magazines etc, could also be helpful in the reach of your research to the grassroots level.
Dear Drs. Gil and Anwesha; thank you very much for your responses! I will consider your valuable comments. Dear Dr. Klemens; my principal goal is disseminate, so after that doors to discussion and improving quality may be opened.
Research can be promoted by lecturing on postgraduate studies, understanding more and communicating with other students, and by looking sober, the researcher will be able to make a breakthrough in solving the scientific problem that some researchers face.
Apart from lecturing to students or/and to the target groups invloved and conducting research theme-related workshops, I would also consider call for projects /grant proposals as a way that you could at least disseminate/use your primitive results or/and get feedback.
