I used the same UV-Vis diode array. Unfortunately I had to collect data every 15 seconds. I was able to save thelist and export it. For processing I had to select every data set, open the actual data table highlight all and copy. Then I was able to import it in any good plotting software such as OriginLab, SigmaPlot, etc.

It is very time consuming so I share your pain!

I worked with such equipment and software in Caltech (California) many years ago. The monochromator, multi-diod matrices and software were produced, as far as I can remember, by Acton Research corporation. Now, I think, this firm transformed to Princeton. No, I have not such experience. I myself prefer to use singe detectors: photomultipliers and PbS-cells in old convectional ways.

I had the same problem. I do not understand, why agilent did such clumsy features in the soft. It is possible to export all the data, but it is difficult to find how to do it by so confusing software of Agilent. Have to select all measured data, and find this click... maybe available in kinetics or advances mode (not in the part of file save print open), I do not remember where. It saves in multiple files arranged by numbers file1...file100. These are easy to upload to some software by a single command.
