I am currently working on a project to diagnose the construct agility in organisations. Does anyone know of a scale that has tried to do so before? thank you!
Our Assumption is that agility is a latent trait of an organisation that
- encuorages quick decision making
- consists of proactive workers
- has an error-tollerating culture
- works cross-functional
- adapts qucikly to changes and is not afraid of changes
we have created top down a scale using the rational appraoch. We also conducted a pretest using a rough factor analysis (Priciple component analysis)...
Yet, I like to compare what we think and find with existing reaearch about that topic.. so far I have not seen too much.. Thank you!

I will certainly read your suggestions and also might even contact Professor Brohman. I work for EY Advisory and out of project's need I had this idea of creating a scale for agility which - at least in this form - does not seem to be available yet. Maybe I can cooperate with Prof Brohman in a way.
