After processing of coconut in to dessicated powder, does the coconut water contain any toxic materials or have any harmful effects on plants?

Since some of the plants are drying near to the flowing channel of water.

Tthe coconut water contains lots of nutrients including sugars (check BOD) which will be degraded aerobically. This will reduce oxygen content in water - leading to anoxic conditions- lead to plant death
