Generally we are taking raman spectra upto 100 to 800 cm-1 but material is disordered you will get peak for Ti-H peaks at 1200-1600 cm-1 also but at the same region place carbon is also giving the peak how will you justify that in your sample carbon for D & G band same region peak are coming it is not present and this peak are due to Ti-H bond. I am not getting more reference for that and please do not give explanation to do H1NMR and IR to prove Ti-H bond.
