Consolidating security and stability, restoring infrastructure, creating jobs for the inhabitants of the destroyed areas, lifting the war waste, supporting the population by granting loans and advances to rebuild destroyed houses, paying attention to the health aspect of the population, following the principle of justice in dealing with the population.
