I am working with an anti-dopamine antibody (Mybiosource - MB2007234) for formalin fixed frozen brain sections.
Basically, I need help on how to store it while aliquoted (datasheet only says that it should be aliquoted and stored at -20ºC, should I mix water and glycine, or only water?). Also, the datasheet dilution recommendation says 5-20 ug/ml. Have you ever worked with this antibody/dilution? Because it seems that I will spend a lot of antibodies with this dilution.

i would recommend you aliquots 10-15 micro liter in each eppendorf tube and store at -20 °C to -70 °C . you don't need to dilute the antibody.
For most antibodies specific recommendations are not available. The data sheet for this polyclonal antibody says: "Supplied as solution form in PBS, pH 7.4, containing 0.02% NaN3, 50% glycerol."
From my point of view, the product should be aliquoted directly without any dilution and stored at - 20°C. Higher dilutions need to be prepared freshly. BTW: Glycerol (or glycerin) is not the same as glycine.
I would recommend the same. Just store the aliquots directly at -20 ° C without any dilution and avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The antibody should be stable for at least 1 year.

For antibody storage in general, make sure your freezer is not a frost-free one. A frost-free freezer will freeze and thaw in cycles to remove any frost build up and this will inactivate your antibodies and defeats the purpose of aliquots. In this particular case, the sample contains 50% glycerol, which will prevent freezing at -20C. Then, splitting into aliquots is rather pointless and is only required for storage at lower temps. With the 50% glycerol, exposure of the antibodies to freeze/thaw cycles is prevented when stored at -20C, but I still discourage storage in frost-free devices even with the 50% glycerol.
