Just out of curiosity, why wouldn't the same tradeoffs apply here as to any MANET? Did you read up what the IETF is discussing on MANET? And other sources?

I think NS3 provide source code about MANET. You can find different kinds of source code and routing protocol in NS3 source directory. If you analyze the source code, you can apply different kinds of routing algorithm and you will get your desired output.

What is your idea and based on which protocol, if that geographical or topology based.

Because most of routing protocols are enhancements such as AODV have many enhancements and also GPRS have many. 

The OMNET++ has different settings and SUMO is mobility generator and has different parameters. Basically for VANET, you have to use any mobility genertaor and in that you have options to increase number of nodes, velocity, etc.

Thanks Kashif .. I want to compare between different routing protocol such as ( DSR , OLSR ) using different parameters such as ( PDR , end to end delay ... and so ) .. So is there code contain these parameters and i will be thankful
