Does anybody have any experience in measurement of ADP/ATP levels or ratios in pig kidney tissue? Either using an assay based approach or NMR? We have tried adapting a luciferase based assay protocol designed for cell studies but did not have much luck.

We have recently measured ci-di-GMP by LC-MS. ATP and ADP could also be measured using a similar technic.
