We have purchased ADF2012.01 for linux system. However its view i.e. GUI is installed on window 7 based system. Please let me know how the input file from window 7 will be run on linux cluster.

Hi Nasarul - why not simply run the GUI on the linux system as well, through an x-window? MoabXterm should work, or from any ssh client, loggin in using ssh -Y

According to the manual it is not possible, see http://www.scm.com/Doc/Doc2013/GUI/GUI_reference/page85.html (now with correct link)
But I suggest to ask the support at SCM directly. They most likely know better than anybody in this forum.
