Do you know any comercial additives or solutions for forming random textures on crystalline silicon (c-Si) for solar cells?

There are some methods to texture randomly the surface of the C-Si with the most commertial one is the an isotropic alkaline solutions such as NaOH.

researchers have tested many substances added to etch mixtures in order to improve the texture of silicon. Most of them without any success. There is a patent where they used even a commercial dishwashing agent to improve texture (no joke!).
However, the best additives that I used were additives with the trade name ZONYL. You can purchase them from sigmaaldrich, dupont... Zonyl refers to a group of perfluorinated compounds that act as surfactants. The most important drawback is to have these compounds in the wastewater, thus they were not used in PV industry (any more?).
