1. What is the best software for simulating the acoustical behavior of acoustical enclosures, particularly in the context of machine being housed within an enclosure in a turbine hall or in a free field setting?

2. Additionally, what strategies or techniques can be employed to optimize the noise reduction effect of the enclosure?
