Acoustical enclosure, Inquiry on Simulating Acoustical Behavior and Noise Reduction?

As a mechanical engineer, I am seeking guidance on simulating the acoustical behavior and noise reduction effects of gas turbine enclosures. Specifically, I would like to know:

1. What is the best software for simulating the acoustical behavior of acoustical enclosures, particularly in the context of machine being housed within an enclosure in a turbine hall or in a free field setting?

2. Additionally, what strategies or techniques can be employed to optimize the noise reduction effect of the enclosure?

Your expertise and recommendations on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

1.Probably MATLAB be helpful, I have to say I do not have experience in engineering applications of noise control, only in audiological applications of noise measurements and ear protective devices,

2. Most common acoustic simulation softwares may have options for your objectives too, i assume, Have you tried

ACTRAN, COMSOL or ANSYS.
