In India it is done by Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR), New Delhi. The procedure and requirements are uploaded at the website www.icar.org.in.
Thanks for sharing the views of the people on such important issues sir. it is only possible through linking this with other reputed institute like I IT and other professional degree.some seats from other background related to our subject should be open for them and we should also be given opportunity by the same institution.like in FST,Agril.eng.biotech,and many other related subject also.
