I have cited one reference as:

The reference style is similar to the rest of references in the manuscript. The editor has asked me to provide the 'accessed date' for the above reference.
If any one know about it then kindly share the information and also what is the importance of the 'accessed date' in citation.

When the reference comes from a web page, the date you accessed this information must be provided. This is called "access date". So you must provide this date after the reference. This is important because sometimes web pages change, so a future researcher may not be able to access the information. So, by adding the access date you validate that in that specific date the content of the web page included the information.
it is a journal reference, no need for access date, otherwise Ntanos has defined well
