John Crandall ,When you request access to restricted research articles, the publisher or repository usually sends a confirmation after approving your request. Complete articles are then given directly to your registered email address or are provided through your institutional account. If you are affiliated to a university or research center, it is usually provided access through the institution's digital library portal. In some cases, the publisher may provide an individual download link that ends after a certain time. You may also receive notification within the platform where you requested, so that you can be motivated to log in and rebuild files. Finally, the delivery method depends on the access system in use, but emails and institutional portals are the most common channels.
